Craigmillar Original Crème Patissière Custard is a cream and custard filling mix for cold preparation, used for filling pastries and cakes.
The mix is based on sugar, modified starch and skimmed milk powder with coconut oil, and originates from France. Contains: milk. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs. Suitable for vegetarians; protect from moisture, direct sunlight and excessive heat, preferably below 30 °C, with a shelf life of 365 days after production; sold as a 10 kg pack.
