Domson PN Wheat Flour is a strong bread flour for bread doughs, made from wheat flour containing calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, folic acid and thiamin.
It is milled in the UK from a wheat blend from one or more of the UK, Germany, France, USA, Canada, Poland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the Czech Republic. Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; store in cool, dry, hygienic conditions for up to 12 months unopened; sold as a 16 kg bag.
