Wheat is a blend from one or more of: UK, Germany, France, USA, Canada, Poland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic; protein 13.2 g per 100 g. Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; store cool, dry and hygienic (shelf life unopened up to 12 months, minimum 1 month on delivery); sold in a 16 kg bag.
