Carr's Maldon Mill Centurion Canadian Very Strong Flour is a strong bread flour made from wheat flour with added calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, folic acid and thiamine, milled from Canadian wheat (origin can vary with availability).
Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; store in ambient, dry conditions away from odorous materials, with an unopened shelf life of 12 months from the day of packing, supplied in a 16 kg bag.
