PreGel Fortefrutto Pineapple is a fruit paste for flavouring bakery creams and fillings, made from glucose syrup, pineapple (30 %) and sugar with added flavourings and colour.
Suitable for vegans. Store at 15 °C to 20 °C; unopened shelf life is 36 months. Supplied in a 3 kg pack (carton of 2 × 3 kg).
