Martin Braun Dessert Compound Pastes are colouring and flavouring compounds for dessert work, offered in Tiramisu, Raspberry, Strawberry and Zabaglione; the Raspberry and Strawberry pastes are made with fruit puree, while Tiramisu and Zabaglione are made with skimmed milk powder and vanilla flavoured ethyl alcohol.
Tiramisu and Zabaglione: Contains: milk. Raspberry and Strawberry: May contain: milk. Store dry in the original packaging at 0 °C to +20 °C, away from heat, freezing and direct sunlight; shelf life unopened 360 days; each variant is sold as a 3 kg pack.
