Description
Joypaste is IRCA's range of flavouring pastes for bakery and pastry work, available here in Forest Fruits, Banana, Caribbean Vanilla, Passion Fruit, Raspberry and Peach.
The Passion Fruit paste is made with sugar and 31 % passion fruit and coloured with beta-carotene and paprika extract; it is suitable for a halal diet. Store in the original packaging in a dry, cool place at 20 °C; unopened shelf life is 24 months. Supplied in 7.2 kg boxes.
