Zentis Concentrated Yuzu Flavour Paste is a flavouring paste from the Flavourings & Essences range, made with sugar, water and yuzu juice together with modified maize starch, flavouring, pectins and guar gum.
Store in the original unopened packaging at 0–15 °C; shelf life unopened is 270 days from the date of production. It is sold in a 3 kg pack.
