Master Martini Decor Up, a sweetened UHT whipping cream for bakery cream work, supplied in boxes of 12 × 1 L.

It is a vegetable-fat cream made with water, 26.5 % fully hydrogenated palm kernel and sunflower oils and fats, 11 % sugar and milk proteins, coloured with beta-carotene. Contains: milk. Halal and kosher; store between 2 and 20 °C in a dry place, with a shelf life unopened of 360 days.
