Eco Trade Super Vanilla Custard Cream, a vanilla-flavoured custard cream for bakery fillings, supplied in a 25 kg bag.

It is made from sugar, modified starch and whey powder with a whole milk powder substitute, thickened with carrageenan and guar gum and coloured with riboflavins and carotenes. Contains: milk. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya. Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and relative humidity of max. 75 %; shelf life unopened 12 months.
