Zeelandia Cream Alternative Rosette is a cream alternative for bakery use, made with water, 25 % fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel) and 12 % sugar, with milk protein.
Contains: milk, soya. Store unopened at 4 to 20 °C; after use, keep the closed pack refrigerated at 2 to 8 °C and use within 5 days; shelf life unopened is 12 months from date of manufacture. Sold as a box of 12 × 1 L.
