Mactop Traditional Cream Alternative from Macphie is a cream alternative for bakery use, made with water, fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil, sugar, dextrose and milk proteins, and manufactured in the UK.
Contains: milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians, halal and kosher. Store unopened in a cool, dry place below 20 °C; shelf life 180 days from date of manufacture (10 L) and 270 days (1 L, also marked keep refrigerated). Available in 10 L and 1 L.
