Ingredients

| Zeelandia Sponge Mix ZL, Plain – 25 kg | 300 g |
| Eggs | 180 g |
| Water | 30 g |
Method
Mix all ingredients at high speed for about 10 minutes (using a whisk attachment).
Pour the batter into a ring of about 22 cm diameter.
Bake at 180 °C for about 35 minutes.
