Jelly Neutral is a neutral-flavour jelly for bakery and dessert work, made from sugar and pork gelatin with an acidity regulator and flavouring.
May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, sesame, soya. Store cool, below 25 °C, and dry at up to 75 % humidity, protected from light; shelf life unopened is 180 days from the date of manufacture in closed original packaging. Supplied in a 5 kg pack.
