Method

  1. Sponge

Mix all ingredients on low speed for about 4 minutes (using a flat beater). Spread the batter into a 60 × 40 cm frame. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

  2. Yogurt cream

Soak the gelatine in 190 g of water. Dissolve the Zeesan Yogurt thoroughly in 300 g of water. Add the dissolved gelatine, the yogurt, the lemon juice and, in portions, the whipped cream. Mix gently until combined. Spread the yogurt cream evenly over the sponge.

  3. Raspberry jelly

Soak the gelatine in the water, then dissolve it and combine it with the Frutta Top raspberries in gel. Spread the jelly over the yogurt cream and chill everything.

  4. Fruit

Scatter fresh or frozen raspberries over the surface of the cake.

  5. Neutral jelly

Bring the water to the boil, then add the neutral jelly and mix until dissolved. Cool. Pour the thickening neutral jelly over the yogurt cream.
