Description
Bowika Jelly Powder is a jelly powder for bakery use, sold in 5 kg bags in gooseberry, pineapple, banana, lemon, lemon/neutral, neutral, peach, raspberry, forest fruit, orange, strawberry and cherry.
The flavours with specification sheets are made from sugar, pork gelatine, acidity regulator citric acid, flavouring and colours. May contain: celery, cereals containing gluten, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame. Store at no higher than 25 °C; shelf life unopened is 9 months from the date of production.
