Zeelandia 7 Seeds Bread Mix is a bread and roll mix based on wholemeal WHEAT flour and wholemeal RYE flour.
It includes RYE flakes (8 %), WHEAT flakes (8 %), flaxseeds (6 %), BARLEY flakes (6 %), OAT flakes (6 %), peeled SESAME SEEDS (4 %) and sunflower kernels (2 %). Contains: cereals containing gluten, sesame, soya. May contain: eggs, milk. Store cool (below 25 °C) and dry (humidity up to 75 %); shelf life 180 days from date of manufacture in closed original packaging, supplied in 25 kg bags.
