Sugarflair Spectral paste food colour, supplied by Culpitt in 400 g packs for colouring bakery and confectionery work, in Black Extra, Navy Blue, Xmas Red and Mint Green.
Xmas Red (allura red E129, ponceau 4R E124) and Mint Green (tartrazine E102, brilliant blue E133) are manufactured in GB on a base of vegetable glycerine E422 and monopropylene glycol E1520. Both shades are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and are kosher. Store in a sealed container in a dry place; unopened shelf life is 1825 days.
