Description
Assorted food colours for colouring bakery and confectionery products, in beta-carotene (0.9 kg), caramel (11 kg) and Sugarflair Spectral Paste Autumn Leaf (25 g).
The beta-carotene colour is ß-carotene E160a(i) in rapeseed oil with ascorbyl palmitate and vitamin E; the caramel colour is halal and kosher; both are manufactured in Poland. Store the beta-carotene and caramel colours in closed original packaging away from light and heat at 5 – 25 °C; shelf life unopened 270 days for beta-carotene and 12 months for caramel.
