Food Colour — Metallic Dust is a metallic colouring powder, 20 g per unit, for decorative colouring in bakery and confectionery work.
It is made on a potassium aluminium silicate (E555) carrier with iron oxide (E172) colour and sodium chloride, originates from Poland and is suitable for vegans. Keep in a clean, well-ventilated store away from moisture and light; shelf life unopened is 36 months from production in the original package. Available as Silver Shimmering, Gold Shimmering, Silver (for Airbrush) and Gold (for Airbrush), each 20 g.
