Method
- Caramel cream
Mix the cream with the Dawn caramel flavour paste, fill into an iSi Gourmet Whip and charge with 2 cartridges. Chill.
- Waffles
Mix the waffle mix with the water and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
- Waffles
Bake in a waffle iron.
Garnish the waffles with the caramel cream and topping.
