Method

  1. Light sponge

Mix all ingredients on low speed for about 4 minutes (using a flat beater). Deposit the batter into a loaf-cake tin measuring 60/10 cm.

  2. Chocolate sponge

Mix all ingredients on low speed for about 4 minutes (using a flat beater). Deposit the batter onto the light sponge in strips. Mix gently (marble). Bake at 180 °C for about 40-45 minutes. After baking, cool and cut into two layers of equal thickness.

  3. Cream

Mix all ingredients (except the chocolate Wirki) on high speed for about 3 minutes (using a whisk). Combine the finished cream with the chocolate Wirki, mix gently and spread evenly on the first layer, then cover with the second layer. Press down gently and set aside to chill.

  4. Glaze

Melt the Satina Pro White together with the oil. Cover the surface of the cake with the finished glaze.

  5. Decoration: decorate as desired.
