Method
Place the Macphie Celebration Cake Mix and margarine into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
Add 300g of the water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down. Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed and add in the remaining 175g water then mix for a final 2 minutes on slow speed.
Deposit the mix evenly across two savarin moulds and bake at 180°C for 40-50 minutes.
Once cooked, turn out on a wire rack and leave to cool. Once cooled, fill with Macphie Strawberry Frosting and sandwich together.
Flood with warmed Macphie Strawberry Frosting and sprinkle with coloured sugar strands.
