Birthday Loaded Cookie — a Macphie recipe. Uses Ready-to-Use Frosting, Strawberry – 5 kg and Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix 12.5 kg.

| Water | 120 g |
| White chocolate chunks | 150 g |
Method
Combine the white chocolate chunks with the Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix and water, mix until a dough is formed.
Roll into 60g balls, flatten slightly and place in the fridge, allow to chill for at least 1 hour.
Bake at 150°C for 12-14 minutes until cooked.
Allow to cool.
Decorate with Macphie Strawberry Frosting and sprinkles.
