Method
- Muffin Mix
Pre-line a muffin tray with cases, and pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Muffin Mix
In a bowl add the muffin mix, water and oil. Combine on slow for 1 minute, scrape down the edges and mix on medium for 2-3 minutes.
- Muffin Mix
Transfer the muffin mix to a piping bag, fill the muffin cases to half way. Bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes.
- Muffin Mix
Once baked, let them cool completely.
- Finish
Using a circle piping nozzle, core the muffins.
- Finish
Using a nozzle smaller than the one used to core the muffins, fill them with the Bueno Delicream.
- Finish
In a bowl, add the glossy icing and mocha compound, and mix until combined.
- Finish
Using a star nozzle pipe the icing mix onto the muffins, and top with white chocolate curls.
- Finish
Melt the dark chocolate chocuise until it reaches 45 degrees, let it cool slightly, then dip the muffins into the melted chocuise.
- Finish
Before the chocuise sets, top with white chocolate curls and set aside.
- Finish
Once set, enjoy and share with friends! (I put mine in an Easter basket)
