Puratos Tegral Sponge Cake Mix is a UK-made sponge cake mix of wheat flour, sugar and whole egg powder, and the Chocolate variant is made with fat reduced cocoa powder.
Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians and halal diets; store in a dry place (relative humidity max 65 %) between +5 and +25 °C, with an unopened shelf life of 12 months for Chocolate and 15 months for Plain. Sold in 12.5 kg bags in Chocolate and Plain.
