Description
Polmarkus Rich Fruit Mix is a dried and candied fruit blend for rich fruit cakes and Florentines.
It is made from fruits and vegetables in variable proportions – zucchini (courgette), raisin and carrot, sour and sweet cherry, sugar, orange peel and glucose syrup – with acidity regulator, preservative, flavouring and colours. May contain: sulphites. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; store dry and cool at 0–25 °C and humidity of no more than 75 %, with a shelf life unopened of 12 months; supplied in 8 kg and 10 kg units.
