Description
Glacé cherries supplied as a mix of whole and broken pieces, a candied fruit for bakery use.
Made with 53.3% cherries in glucose-fructose syrup and coloured with erythrosine (E127); the cherries come from France, Spain, Italy and Bulgaria and the product is manufactured in France. Contains: sulphites. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans, halal and kosher diets; store at cool, dry ambient temperature, ideally 10–25 °C, away from direct sunlight, for a shelf life of at least 12 months from production; sold in a 10 kg pack.
