Description
Polmarkus Candied Orange Rind 4×4 is diced candied orange peel for use as a dried and candied fruit inclusion in bakery work.
Orange peel is the first ingredient, candied with sugar and glucose-fructose syrup and with added orange flavouring; country of origin is Italy and it is manufactured in the EU. May contain: sulphites. Store in a dry, cool place at no higher than 20 °C and up to 75 % relative humidity, on pallets; unopened shelf life is 6 months, supplied in an 8 kg box.
