Description
Kluman Mixed Peel is candied mixed citrus peel for bakery use, made from orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup and lemon peel with citric acid as acidity regulator.
The orange and lemon peel originate from Italy and the product is manufactured in the Netherlands. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, halal and kosher. Store ambient and dry, protected from direct sunlight; shelf life unopened is 18 months after production, and it is supplied in a 10 kg box.
