Description
Mirall is Master Martini's mirror glaze for glazing cakes and desserts, sold in Neutral, Lemon, Strawberry, Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate, Pistachio and Passion Fruit flavours.
The Lemon glaze is made from sugar, glucose syrup, water and lemon juice from concentrate (5 %), with thickeners, emulsifier, preservative and colour. May contain: milk. Store in a cool and dry place; shelf life unopened is 360 days; each flavour is supplied in 3 kg units.
