PGD lard is an animal fat for use as a shortening in bakery and pastry production.
The 12.5 kg box is 100 % pork fat with Poland, European Union given as the country of origin. Unopened, it keeps for 12 months from the date of production. Available as a 10 kg pack and a 12.5 kg box.
