Cardowan Creameries High Ratio Vegetable Shortening is a speciality high-ratio vegetable fat for bakery use.
It is a blend of palm and rapeseed oils with distilled monoglyceride (E471) as emulsifier, and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans as well as halal and kosher diets. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours; unopened shelf life is 9 months in total, with a minimum of 7 months on receipt. Supplied in a 12.5 kg pack.
