Description
Palmax SG is a refined, bleached and deodorised segregated palm oil from KTC, a speciality fat for bakery use.
It is sourced from sustainably produced plantations certified by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (KTC certificate no. NQA-RSPO-000005) in Malaysia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Colombia and the Solomon Islands. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; halal and kosher. Store at ambient temperature off the floor in a clean, dry area, away from strongly odorous materials and direct sunlight; shelf life is 11 months from production if kept unopened in the manufacturer's packaging, supplied in a 12.5 kg box.
