Breadfat is a bread-making fat made from palm and rapeseed oils with water, salt and emulsifier E471, listed in our Speciality Fats & Shortenings range.
It contains 48.9 g fat and 2.2 g salt per 100 g. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours; shelf life unopened is 5 months total, minimum 4 months on receipt; supplied as a 12.5 kg pack.
