Craigmillar Crembel Fudge Icing is a sugar-based glaze and frosting in Caramel (United Kingdom; molasses and burnt sugar) and Lemon (Great Britain; whey powder and natural lemon flavouring).

For Caramel, may contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, soya. For Lemon, contains: milk, sulphites; may contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, soya. Both are suitable for vegetarians and Caramel also for vegans. Store Caramel at 10–18 °C away from strong light and odours (365 days unopened), Lemon cool and dry below 20 °C (180 days); both 12.5 kg packs.
