Craigmillar Fudge Brownie Mix is a cake and sponge mix for bakery production of brownies, from the United Kingdom, made from sugar, wheat flour and palm and rapeseed oils with egg white powder and skimmed milk powder.
It includes 6.2 % fat reduced cocoa powder and 0.6 % cocoa mass. Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain: soya. Store in cool, dry, ambient conditions below 25 °C; shelf life unopened is 365 days from production, and it is supplied in a 12.5 kg pack.
