Description
Craigmillar Carrot Cake Mix is a cake and sponge mix for carrot cakes, from Great Britain, made from sugar, wheat flour and whole egg powder with palm fat and rapeseed oil.
It is spiced with cinnamon, coriander, caraway, fennel, ginger, clove, nutmeg and turmeric and coloured with annatto norbixin. Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs. May contain: milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians, it should be stored in cool, dry, infestation-free conditions below 20 °C and keeps 300 days unopened; supplied in a 12.5 kg pack.
