Macphie Spice Bun Concentrate is a professional paste concentrate that delivers a rich, traditional spice and flavour profile to yeast-raised doughs.
Used at around 10% of flour weight, it lets bakeries produce consistent hot cross buns, spice buns and fruited loaves by simply adding flour, sugar, yeast, water and dried fruit. Supplied in a 12.5 kg bag for high-volume commercial baking.
