Domson Long Life Plain Muffin Mix is a plain muffin mix for bakery cake and muffin production, based on fortified wheat flour with sugar, whole egg powder, modified maize starch, raising agents, emulsifiers, preservative (E202) and natural flavouring.
Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians. Store in ambient, dry conditions away from pests and strong odours, sealed in the original packaging and away from direct sunlight; shelf life unopened is 9 months, supplied in a 12.5 kg bag.
