KB Premium Muffin Mix is a muffin mix for bakery muffin production, made in the UK from wheat flour, sugar, whole dried egg powder, whey powder and milk protein.
Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians. Store in cool, dry conditions at 10–20 °C, away from sources of heat and odorous materials, with a shelf life of 9 months from date of production; supplied in a 12.5 kg pack.
