Description

Culpitt Select Edible Pearls are 7 mm sprinkle beads for topping and decorating bakery goods, made from dextrose, corn starch, sugar and maltodextrin and available in Blue, Pink, Turquoise, White and Silver.

They are made in China, with E903 as glazing agent and E171 as the base colour. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans and for kosher diets. Store in a cool, dry place for an unopened shelf life of 547 days; supplied in 500 g packs.
