Description
Barbara Luijckx Sugar Pearls are 4 mm sugar pearl sprinkles for topping cakes, pastries and desserts, available in silver, pink, blue, red, ruby, black and white.
Every colour is made on a base of sugar, dextrose, rice flour and glucose syrup; the silver pearls also contain bovine gelatine. May contain: cereals containing gluten, milk, soya. Store at 15–25 °C and max 65 % relative humidity, away from direct light and foreign odours; shelf life unopened 18 months, each colour supplied in a 1.2 kg pack.
