Barbara Luijckx Retro Gold Tiny Pearls are 1 mm sugar pearls used as a sprinkle topping on bakery and confectionery products, made from sugar with wheat and maize starch, colouring E172, glazing agent E904, glucose syrup and coconut and rapeseed oil.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. Store at 15–25 °C and max 65 % relative humidity, away from direct light and foreign odours; shelf life unopened is 18 months. Sold in a 1.8 kg pack.
