Description
Tiny 1 mm sugar pearls from Barbara Luijckx for sprinkling and decorating cakes, pastries and confectionery, supplied in silver and white.
Both are made with sugar and wheat and maize starch; the silver pearls are coloured with E173 and contain bovine gelatine, while the white pearls carry glazing agents E903 and E904. Contains: cereals containing gluten. Store at 15 – 25 °C, max 65 % relative humidity, away from direct light and foreign odours; 18 months' shelf life unopened; sold in 1.8 kg packs.
