Culpitt Gold Edible Pearls are 4 mm gold sprinkle beads for topping and decorating bakery goods, made from dextrose, corn starch and sugar.
They are made in China and finished with glazing agent E903 and colours E129, E102, E110, E171 and E172. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans and for kosher diets. Store in a cool, dry place; supplied in a 500 g pack.
