Description

Culpitt Edible Pearls are 4 mm sprinkle beads made from dextrose, corn starch and sugar with glazing agents E903 and E904, manufactured in China, used in bakeries as a sprinkle topping for decorating cakes and bakes.

The Black pearls are coloured with E129, E133 and E102, and the Silver Grey pearls with E129, E133, E102 and E171. Store in a cool, dry place. Available in Black and Silver Grey, each in a 500 g pack.
