Magic Glaze is a water-based bakery glaze made from water, pea protein and sunflower oil with dextrose, maltodextrin and starch, manufactured in Italy for glazing bakery products.
May contain: milk. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in a cool, dry place at 2 to 20 °C and do not freeze; the unopened shelf life is 278 days from production, and it is supplied in a 12 kg box.
