Bakels Vegan Caramel PE is a vegan caramel for bakery use as a glaze or frosting.
It is made from sugar, glucose syrup, water and shea vegetable fat, with golden syrup, faba bean flour, caramelised sugar and natural flavouring. May contain: cereals containing gluten, milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; store in cool and dry conditions, with an unopened shelf life of 270 days, supplied in a 12.5 kg pack.
