Description
Bun Glaze RTU is a ready-to-use glaze for finishing buns and other bakery goods.
It is made from water and potato dextrin with preservative E202 (potassium sorbate) and stabiliser E412 (guar gum); the potato dextrin is sourced from Germany and the Netherlands. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in cool and dry conditions; unopened shelf life is 180 days, and it is supplied in a 12 kg pack.
